• Deliverables: Ownership/licensing of final deliverables is defined by your project agreement.
• Pre-existing tools: We retain rights to our templates, code libraries, processes, and know-how.

6. Third-Party Tools and Services

Your project may integrate third-party platforms (hosting, email, analytics, payment processors, APIs). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing, or downtime.
